The VFA
Community Resource and Training Centre
We have a training and resource Centre that offers an enabling
environment for membership of VFA to access information, and learn
skills in their various areas of development. The Centre runs
courses on Geographical Information Systems and Natural Resource
Management, Planning and Governance, as well as a course on
Development of the Voluntary Sector. The Centre has volumes of
literature on mainly these three areas for reference. Qualifies
lecturer run the programmes. The Centre is run by an experienced
training officer.
VFA Resource Centre is also involved in support to the various
programs in disseminating their information, through the
publications service. Some of the publications by the VFA Resource center
include widely read articles in conservation and development.
